Who Do Your Employees Have to

 Talk to … Really Talk?

Life happens and as an insurance agent, I have observed going in and out of businesses  while meeting with their employees,  that there are many hurting people in the workplace.  There are many situations employees face daily that are beyond an employer’s control–automobile accidents, sudden illness, the tragic death of a loved one, family problems, divorce, etc.

The manner in which employers handle these occurrences determines how quickly their employees recover and re-engage in the workplace. There is help and it is in the form of Corporate Chaplaincy.  I am a strong advocate of corporate chaplains because I have had the privilege of ministering to many  employees who were hurting and reached out to me during the course of my doing the job I was there to do.   Many times, they just needed someone to listen.

I know an excellent businessman who makes  qualified chaplains available to businesses that believe this would be a valuable benefit to their employees.  Mr. Boe Parrish is a fine Christian man and a poet extraordinaire.  I am honored to provide a link to his Corporate Care website so if you own a business or are employed by a company that you believe would be interested in providing this service you may contact him directly.

Additionally, I also know a wonderful Christian pastor who himself serves in the capacity as a Chaplain to local businesses in Frisco, Texas and surrounding area.  His name is Pastor John Eaton.  I have known Pastor John for several years as he was the Associate Pastor in our local church and He has a heart for God.  He and his wife Angela established Alter Church in 2005 and are experiencing  growth that comes from tremendous labor and love .  So if your business is located in Pastor John’s  area and you are interested in making a chaplain available to your employees, please contact him directly.
